As a Service Writer you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking auto body repair services. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive or dealership environment.
• Strong knowledge of auto service repair processes and terminology.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus; familiarity with auto estimating software is preferred.
