We are looking for a strong construction sales leader able to close deals with general contractors and enable company success. Knowledge of the construction industry and understanding of the construction sales process are essential to achieving results. You will work with preconstruction and operations team to close sales and ensure smooth execution of the work. Do you have excellent people and organizational skills? Are you a sales superstar and can you prove it?

In business since 2006, we are well established and continuing to grow. We manufacture and install veneer stone for residential and commercial construction customers, providing a full range of veneer stone product and service solutions. Our primary customers are general contractors, home builders and stone distributors in North and South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia and Alabama. Our success is driven by a strong focus on product quality and high standards of customer service.

The customers we seek primarily build multi-family residential projects, hotels, offices, schools, restaurants. We also work with large single-family home production builders.

Job Duties
- Call on customers to close deals
- Manage existing sales and estimating team
- Position business for continuous profitable growth
- Provide ongoing customer support
- Coordinate tasks with Operations and Administrative functions
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities

Requirements:
- Knowledge of construction industry and building materials extremely helpful

- Sales and team building experience
- Strong work ethic and good time management skills
- Careful attention to detail
- Ability to use company’s technology suite (CRM, Microsoft SharePoint, MS Office, etc)
- Willingness to learn and grow with company
