Job Details

We are seeking an Association Meeting Planner to join our team! You will be responsible for organizing important events from conception through completion for the non-profit association, the Association for Hospital Medical Education (AHME), which is a Management Firm client of Partners in Medical Education (Partners®). This person will be a liaison and work closely with the Executive Director, officers, headquarters staff and the Association Management Director at Partners®.

Responsibilities:

• Works with the planning division of AHME to assist in the development and planning of all their educational events
• Propose and monitor budgets for the events
• Solicit Commercial Support for the annual educational institute
• Maintains ACCME accreditation related to the annual educational institute
• Planning Division and Committee Meeting Management

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in event planning
• Strong project managing skills
