Job Description

Headfarmer is seeking a Bookkeeper/Accounting Clerk for our client in Phoenix. Ideal candidate will be organized, self-motivated and confident. Full time, on-site. Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage AP/AR processes from start to finish
Set up new customers and vendors in Bill.com
Process vendor payments and monitor invoice aging
Make collection calls and follow up on outstanding balances
Collaborate with the accounting team as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in AP/AR
Familiarity with Bill.com or similar platforms
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience with GL and journal entries is a plus
