Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and reliable independent contractor to carry out skilled maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC and general maintenance, and be capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks around the property.

- Install, replace, and repair various appliances, fixtures, and equipment.

- Conduct electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work as needed.

- Utilize an Ohmmeter to diagnose and fix electrical issues.

- Perform carpentry tasks, including cabinet installation and furniture assembly.

- Paint, stain, and finish various surfaces.

- Perform yard work, including lawn mowing, trimming, and landscaping.

- Complete maintenance person projects efficiently and to a high standard.

- Work independently or as part of a team.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.

Requirements:

- A strong background in maintenance person work, including carpentry, electrical work, and plumbing.
- The ability to lift and carry heavy objects, as well as stand for extended periods.
- Proficiency with an Ohmmeter and the ability to diagnose and fix electrical issues.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with people of all backgrounds.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
-Must have your own tool and transportation.
-Must be good at taking pictures and smartphones.

Experience: Need to have at least 5-25 years of experience in relevant markets.

Compensation:

We are currently seeking a skilled technician with expertise in handyman services, plumbing, and basic electrical work. We offer competitive compensation, including $0.30 per mile for travel and $30 per hour for on-site work.
