Job Description

HVAC Lead Installer

Seeking an experienced Lead Installer for a growing Home Services Company. Experience in Install required. In this position you'll perform installs and train helpers to perform residential HVAC installs.

This position requires significant experience and in return offers significant reward! Generous hourly rate + bonus, full benefits, and opportunity for a career track position.

- Minimum three years experience in residential install

- Experience in managing residential install projects

- Ability to train & develop helpers to improve performance & potentially lead their own crew.

- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills required.

- Ability to pass pre-employment screens (Criminal, MVR and drug screens).
