WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Helping homeowners design their perfect outdoor space
Meeting pre-qualified warm leads—NO cold calling or door knocking!
Closing deals and earning huge commissions
Providing in-home consultations, accurate measurements, and professional quotes
Walking job sites with customers and subcontractors to ensure smooth installations
Attending team meetings and training sessions to stay at the top of your game

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 1 year of outside sales experience (home improvement sales a plus!)
Ability to measure and calculate square footage accurately
Experience with Gmail, Google Drive, Buildertrend, or other CRMs
Reliable transportation for client visits
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service
Willingness to travel within Los Angeles and surrounding areas

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Pay: $55,000 - $150,000+ per year (Commission-based + Bonus opportunities)
