Position: TTH Onsite Warehouse Dispatcher

Pay: $17/hr. Weekly Pay & Full Benefits

Location: Onsite in Las Vegas, NV 89118

Training & After Training Schedule: M-F 9a-5p

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Scheduling drivers to make deliveries and pick up packages from customers and vendors.
• Work as a liaison between customers, drivers, and management.
• Communicating with customers and vendors about freight details, pickup and drop-off times, and special requests
• Planning predetermined routes for drivers
• Identifying traffic problems and issues
• Preparing general dispatch documents for management
• Maintain a record of all dispatch calls
• Answering calls from vendors and customers.
• Other duties as requested.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of dispatching experience REQUIRED**
• Strong aptitude for time management
• Excellent understanding of local and state traffic laws and regulations
• Ability to make quick changes in routing
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Deep understanding of computer software and technologies
• Ability to stand and sit for periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Must be comfortable in a warehouse environment.
