We’re looking for a versatile Office Administrator with automotive dealership experience to join our team.
Job Overview:
As an Automotive Office Administrator, you’ll be responsible for handling a variety of office tasks, ensuring smooth financial operations, managing dealership paperwork, and supporting multiple departments. This role is ideal for a jack-of-all-trades who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across multiple responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable: Process and reconcile payments, invoices, and financial documents efficiently.
- Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, assist with ledger entries, and support financial reporting.
- Titles & Finance Paperwork: Manage vehicle titles, finance contracts, and registration paperwork with precision.
- General Office Duties: Oversee administrative tasks, maintain records, and support daily dealership operations
- Service Department Support: Assist with documentation and customer inquiries for the busy service and upfitting division.
- Dealertrack DMS Experience (Preferred): Utilize Dealertrack for processing vehicle transactions and financial paperwork, and all aspects of dealership operations.
- Multitasking & Problem-Solving: Work across departments, handling different responsibilities while maintaining efficiency and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an automotive dealership setting.
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Titles, Finance Paperwork, and Bookkeeping.
- Dealertrack experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
