Run Your Own PI Cases – Litigation Associate (Hybrid, NYC)

Prominent Manhattan Law Firm

Take Full Control of Serious Personal Injury Cases

Seeking an attorney with 5–10 years' litigation experience to take complete responsibility for a caseload of serious personal injury cases.

Your Role:

Handle all phases of litigation: discovery, depositions, motion practice, court appearances
Actual trial experience with speaking role
Real opportunity for extensive courtroom time
Long-term growth potential

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid schedule: 2 days in-office, remainder remote
Full autonomy over your caseload

Compensation:

$150K+ base salary (based on experience)
5% of net legal fees on your cases
