Job Description
ANR Industries, Inc. (ANR) is seeking a highly proficient Senior Construction Project Manager with SIGNIFICANT experience in hillside luxury residential development.
The candidate must be able to contract with and manage third party providers, provide financial oversight, manage multiple properties in various locations, in differing stages of construction and ensure flawless project delivery. Commuting time should be taken into consideration when applying for this position.

Primary Responsibilities
Direct and manage project development from plan approval through completion of construction
Provide direct on-site supervision of all trade contractors/sub-contractors
- Ability to manage contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers
- Determine the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals including the selection and management of third party contractors
- Manage budgets and recommend changes when necessary
- Attend budget and project status meetings
- Attend and conduct/document regularly scheduled job site meetings to ensure trade contractors are executing the project according to plan, budget and schedule
- Establish and manage schedule, milestones and deliverables; proactively manage and communicate deviations from plan and develop contingency plans
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and ethics
- Ability to perform bidding, contractor selection and materials ordering/procurement.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience in luxury residential construction in California
- BA/BS in the field of Construction Management, Business, Engineering or Architecture required
- Professional registrations and other advanced training desirable
- Customer Service driven
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Strong analytic skills and detail orientation
- Solid familiarity with project management and scheduling software
- Demonstrated experience and success in managing teams
- Comfortable working independently, as well as in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
- Proactive and flexible manager who reacts to project adjustments and alterations in a prompt, efficient and appropriate manner
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and contractors who bring a wide range of disciplines to a project
- Ability to manage multiple projects in multiple locations
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Blue Beam, Plan Swift and BuilderTrend
- Flexible hours
Skills:
- Ability to read and understand, geological studies, architectural, structural, and civil engineering plans
- Strong familiarity with project estimation, scheduling and permitting
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office applications preferred; Plan Swift, Builder Trend and Sage Contractor experience a plus (training will be provided otherwise)
- Highly organized and able to work accurately and independently
- Self starter with ability to multi-task and handle logistics
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
- General Contractors License preferred
- Experience with civil engineering (drainage, LID, irrigation etc.) and public utility coordination.
- Extensive, documented experience in residential hillside construction is required.
