Job Title: Warehouse/Driver

Location: Gainesville, TX 76240

Pay: $20–$22/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and team-oriented Warehouse/Driver to support daily delivery operations and assist with warehouse tasks. This role includes scheduled deliveries, customer interactions, and occasional overnight travel (with all expenses covered). When not driving, the candidate will support the depot team with warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver and pick up equipment on a set schedule to established customers

Secure, package, and transport equipment safely and efficiently

Assist with general warehouse operations when not on delivery routes

Communicate route updates, customer concerns, and competitor activity

Maintain accurate logs and documentation as required

Occasionally travel overnight (vehicle and expenses provided)

Requirements

Valid Class C (Non-CDL) driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to lift 70+ lbs

Strong communication skills—written and verbal

Professional and ethical approach to customer service

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Must be able to commute or relocate to Gainesville, TX 76240

Ideal Candidate Profile

1–5 years of warehouse or delivery experience

Experience in equipment assembly is a plus

Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
