Job Overview

We’re hiring Class A CDL drivers experienced with manual transmission tractor-trailers, specifically flowboy trailers, hauling asphalt and aggregate. Drivers will primarily support paving operations but may be asked to haul materials for other projects as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Operate manual transmission Class A tractor-trailer with flowboy trailer safely and efficiently

• Haul hot mix asphalt and aggregate to paving and construction sites

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections following DOT regulations

• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and assist with light to moderate labor as needed

• Climb ladders and secure loads properly

• Communicate effectively with dispatch, paving crews, and MAJC management

• Work flexible shifts: day (5 AM – 5 PM) and night (5 PM – 5 AM), Monday through Friday (start/end times may vary)

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Class A CDL license with experience driving manual transmission tractor-trailers (minimum 1 year)

• Previous paving experience preferred but not required

• Clean driving record and current DOT medical card

• Ability to work in outdoor environments and perform physical tasks including climbing ladders

• Reliable, safety-minded, and a team player
