About the Role

As an Account Coordinator, you’ll be the main point of contact for customers—helping them with orders, answering questions, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll work with various teams including production, logistics, and inventory to make sure each order is completed accurately and on time. If you're organized, customer-focused, and great at juggling details, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Communicate with customers by phone, email, or in person to handle orders and updates
• Enter job orders into the system and follow through from quote to invoicing
• Prepare quotes, track orders, and manage inventory
• Help schedule production and make sure timelines are met
• Coordinate shipping logistics, including international orders
• Support warehouse and internal teams with documentation and communication
• Handle customer feedback, provide reports, and ensure quality service
• Occasionally assist with collections or urgent customer needs

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma; some college preferred
• 2+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel/Word
• Attention to detail and a team-player attitude
