Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Custome Cabinetry Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and remodelers while helping them find the products they need to keep their projects moving forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers in the construction industry
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate building materials and solutions
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability
• Prepare quotes and process orders efficiently
• Collaborate with warehouse and delivery staff to ensure timely fulfillment
• Stay current on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in building supplies, construction, or related industries
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and terminology
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to build rapport and trust with a wide range of clients
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized
• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license (if outside sales is required)
