Job Title: Licensed Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational therapy assistant – Pediatric Outpatient

Location: All Minds Therapy, Bothell WA
Employment Type: full-time/ Part-Time
Department: Pediatric Therapy Services
Reports To: Clinical Supervisor / Director of Rehabilitation

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our pediatric outpatient team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping children reach their full potential by providing individualized therapy services that support the development of fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and functional independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children with a variety of diagnoses including developmental delays, sensory integration disorders, autism spectrum disorder, and physical or neurological conditions.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals tailored to each child's specific needs.

  • Provide direct occupational therapy services in a one-on-one or small group outpatient setting.

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care and generalization of skills across environments.

  • Educate and support parents and caregivers through home programs and carryover strategies.

  • Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation in accordance with state and organizational guidelines.

  • Participate in staff meetings, in-services, and continuing education opportunities.

  • Comply with federal, state, and facility regulations and policies.

Qualifications:

  • Required:

    • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

    • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of [Insert State].

    • NBCOT certification.

    • CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).

    • Experience or strong interest in pediatric therapy.

  • Preferred:

    • 1–2 years of experience working in a pediatric outpatient or related setting.

    • Specialized training or certifications in sensory integration, feeding therapy, or handwriting programs (e.g., Handwriting Without Tears) is a plus.

    • Bilingual skills are highly desirable.
