Applied Biologics is a growing life science company that manufactures and distributes amniotic allografts.

We want to add an Accounting/Sales Support Specialist to our team. Must have a positive attitude, be extremely organized and a team player!

This role supports the finance and sales organization and reports to the Operations Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Provides customer service to sales reps, surgeons, facility managers, and the executive team for any and all requests that arise from adding new distributors and supporting current distributors and customers.

2. Processes orders, creates packing slips and shipping labels.

3. Maintains correct order fulfillment.

4. Receives inventory for distribution.

5. Assists in preparing sales reports.

6. Assist with distributor onboarding processes.

7. Supports Orders, Shipping, and Inventory Teams as needed.

8. Supports the Finance Team as needed with invoicing, accounts receivable/applying payments, accounts payable.

9. Responsible for data entry for all new facilities.

10. Applies knowledge of company products and services to efficiently process distributor information and responds to inquiries and complaints in a diplomatic manner.

11. Maintains, updates, and organizes files on all assigned distributors.

12. Maintains and updates the distributor database.

13. Provides assistance to the shipping department to include picking, packing, and shipping materials.

14. Provides assistance to other departments and staff members as needed.

15. Responsible for maintaining the worksite.

16. Performs other related duties as assigned.
