What You’ll Do:

• Be the First Smile: Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism.
• Keep Things Organized: Manage phone calls, appointments, and client inquiries efficiently.
• Team Support: Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and other team members to ensure a smooth daily operation.
• Maintain Records: Update and maintain client files and records with a keen eye for detail.
• Customer Service: Provide information about services, answer questions, and ensure each client feels valued.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: A minimum of 1 year as a receptionist or in a similar role, ideally in a veterinary or healthcare setting.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with both pet owners and team members.
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a calm demeanor during busy times.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using scheduling software and managing digital records.
• Positive Attitude: A genuine love for animals and a passion for helping others.
