About the Role
We’re hiring a Demand Letter Paralegal who can confidently draft one strong, persuasive final demand letter per day. This role is all about speed, clarity, and legal punch. You’ll review case files, analyze facts, and craft demand letters that get real results. If you love writing, are naturally persuasive, and have a sharp mind for legal analysis — with or without a paralegal certificate — this is your chance to shine.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft a minimum of one final demand letter per business day

• Confidently and independently analyze facts and legal issues related to home improvement fraud, solar panel scams, and other consumer protection cases

• Write compelling, legally sound letters that reflect our firm’s tone and mission

• Manage and update case documentation using Smokeball CRM

• Meet internal deadlines without constant follow-up

Requirements

• Very confident writing skills — persuasive, professional, and legally sound

• Proven ability to analyze facts and build strong written arguments

• Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-directed

• No paralegal certificate required — strong writing ability is more important

• Experience in civil litigation, consumer law, or demand writing is a plus

• Must be punctual, productive, and serious about quality output
