How You'll Make an Impact (Responsibilities):

Perform all required calibration of test equipment used in both product development and manufacturing, ensuring peak performance and accuracy.
Execute a variety of duties across electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical areas, showcasing your versatile technical skills.
Assist in the design, construction, testing, and check-out of new and existing test equipment.
Construct, troubleshoot, calibrate, adjust, test, diagnose, and maintain a wide range of equipment, components, devices, and systems.
Work effectively from schematics, operating or repair manuals, engineering drawings, and both written and verbal instructions.
Operate related equipment, conduct tests, and accurately report data in the prescribed format.
Perform calibration and alignment checks; make necessary adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications):

Education & Experience:
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience, OR
- A 2-year post-secondary/Associate's degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
Electro-Mechanical Aptitude: A strong understanding and capability in electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical areas.
Technical Proficiency: Ability to work from schematics, manuals, and engineering drawings; experience with test equipment.
Problem-Solving: A strong ability to work through and solve technical problems.
