Job Description

Are you a Certified Pharmacy Technician with a strong background in infusion therapies and a passion for precision? We're looking for a highly methodical and accurate technician to join our specialty pharmacy team supporting patients with complex care needs.

About the Role:

As a Pharmacy Technician in our infusion therapy pharmacy, you’ll work alongside pharmacists and clinicians to support the delivery of high-quality, patient-specific infusion treatments. While this role does not include compounding, it requires extensive experience in dose calculations, data accuracy, and adherence to strict protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Support pharmacists in processing and verifying infusion therapy prescriptions
Perform accurate dose calculations and ensure all preparation instructions are correct
Coordinate with prescribers and nursing teams to support treatment plans
Prepare and package medications for timely delivery to patients or healthcare providers
Maintain strict inventory control and documentation in compliance with all regulations
Use pharmacy software systems to process and track prescriptions with precision

Requirements:

Active AZ Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) required
2+ years of experience in a specialty or infusion pharmacy setting
Proven experience with dose verification and infusion therapy protocols
Highly organized with a strong commitment to accuracy and patient safety
Familiarity with electronic health records and pharmacy management systems
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
