About the Role

Join a collaborative team as an Industrial Technician and help keep critical services running without interruption. Based in North Little Rock, AR, this temp-to-perm role offers the chance to work hands-on in the operation, maintenance, and repair of industrial water and wastewater treatment systems.

You’ll perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment and systems.

What You’ll Do

• Operate, monitor, and calibrate motors, generators, gauges, valves, and gates to regulate flow, pressure, and distribution.
• Maintain detailed logs of operations, observe variances, and interpret meter and gauge readings.
• Collect samples, perform laboratory tests, and process residuals in compliance with regulations.
• Use data management tools to monitor system performance.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and instruments.
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure the well-being of the team.

Qualifications

✔ Experience with industrial wastewater treatment systems and equipment.
✔ Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and data management software.
✔ Valid state certification for wastewater treatment (or ability to obtain).
✔ Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
