Schedule: Monday through Friday (hybrid after training is completed)

What You'll Do:

- Custom Print coordination of incoming estimate requests and orders. Communicate estimates and timelines both internally and externally. Manage projects from start to finish.

- Assist with phone sales queue.

- Field calls, set up accounts, answer product questions and other customer and internal questions using business knowledge and our sales tools.

- Responsible for providing all necessary training to the wholesale team.

- Keeping up to date and knowledgeable on wholesale products and services. Informing customers and assisting reps with questions about products, upselling and processes when required

- Wholesale Key Account handling and special processes for these customers. Offering support for customers and training reps regarding processes involved.

Skills and Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an outbound sales, sales support, or customer service position is required

- Experience with wholesale, printing, or custom manufacturing environment is highly preferred
