Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Traveling Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing high-quality therapy services to patients across multiple locations. You will assess, develop, and implement treatment plans to enhance patients' ability to perform daily activities. A company vehicle will be provided for travel between assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to patient homes, clinics, or healthcare facilities to deliver occupational therapy services.
• Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve functional independence and overall quality of life.
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques, assistive devices, and home exercise programs.
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation teams, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License (DL) with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state(s) of practice.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel regularly and adapt to different healthcare settings.
