Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments/evaluations.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaborate with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals to support patient goals.

Requirements:

• OTR/L state license

• NBCOT certification

• Valid driver’s license
