Job Title: Personal Lines Licensed Insurance Sales Agent

Location: Remote

Job Opportunity: This is a Remote Licensed Insurance Sales Agent role with a base pay from $35k to $40k annually.

Total Compensation: $70k to $80k annually, with top producers earning over $105k + annually.

Hours: Monday-Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (CST) 

Responsibilities: Included but not limited to:

• Outbound and inbound sales communication
• Composing emails and text messages
• Offering additional products to existing customers
• Achieving performance goals: Daily, Weekly, and Monthly basis
• Participating in professional development and training

Requirements:

• 2+ years  of Captive Insurance Sales Experience
• Have a valid P&C license in Texas
• Have a stable and reliable internet connection
• Strong time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A drive for success

Bonus Points:

• Previous experience in a Captive Agency
• Bilingual – English/Spanish
• Additional Licenses
