Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft .NET technologies, having led or contributed significantly to at least three end-to-end project implementations within the past five years. The individual should be comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and demonstrate expertise across both legacy and modern .NET frameworks, databases, and front-end technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust .NET-based solutions using C#, ASP.NET Core, and associated technologies.

• Build and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications across different tiers.

• Translate business requirements into functional, maintainable, and efficient code.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, analysts, QA, and DevOps.

• Contribute to architecture and technical design discussions and decision-making processes.

• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.

• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

• Ensure solutions adhere to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in software development using Microsoft .NET technologies.

• At least 3 full-cycle project implementations completed in the last 5 years.

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft .NET Framework.

• 2+ years of experience with .NET Core, preferably ASP.NET Core 6.

• 2+ years of experience working with C# version 8 or above.

• 2+ years of experience with Entity Framework 6.

• 1+ year of experience with SQL Server 2019.

• Experience working with MVC architecture and RESTful API development.

• 2+ years of experience with Teradata and DB2 database systems.

• 2+ years of experience in Java development, with integration and backend support responsibilities.

• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Struts framework, and WebSphere Application Server.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and design patterns.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

• Familiarity with cloud-based environments such as Azure or AWS.

• Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.

• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Work Environment & Conditions

• This role may require occasional evening or weekend work to meet project deadlines or support production issues.

• Onsite only hybrid maybe available after 90 days depending on project requirements.
