Ecopools is seeking to hire a Sales & Admin Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the sales process for homeowners who are interested in swimming pool installation, to drive company revenue.

We need someone friendly, motivated, and ready to help our customers turn their backyard dreams into reality. You’ll look to generate new business, handle leads, book jobs, close sales, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
• Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
• Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
• Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
• Report on team and individual performance
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
• Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or swimming pool knowledge is a plus
• Experience as a supervisor or manager
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to build rapport with clients
