Job Details

•    Process and prepare outgoing shipments, including packing, labeling, and documentation.
•    Verify the accuracy of orders and ensure they meet customer specifications.
•    Some assembly of products and packaging is required.
•    Maintain accurate records of shipped products and inventory levels.
•    Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and reconciliations.
•    Schedule and coordinate shipments with carriers and freight companies.
•    Track shipments and provide status updates to relevant parties.
•    Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to shipments.
•    Assist the Service Director with service needs of the customer to include traveling to the job site and assisting with repairs.
•    Assist with receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming shipments as needed.
•    Collaborate with warehouse staff to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
•    Ability to lift 70 lbs, move heavy packages and stand for extended periods.

•    Working knowledge of service tools such as wrenches, pliers and screw drivers.

•    Ability to pass a criminal background check, driving record check and drug screen.

•    Ability to travel in own vehicle or company vehicle.
