What You Will Do:
As part of our dynamic team, you will work in a remote call center environment, handling inbound calls and selling home services, including TV/Internet, Phone, and other products, on behalf of esteemed brand partners. Your day will consist of:
6-week training in a remote virtual team setting
Thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
Manage a high call volume, handling 20-25 back-to-back calls daily
Aim to close sales on the first call interaction
Weekly coaching's with a Team Lead
Benefit from a 1-hour lunch and a 30-minute break to recharge during your day
What We Offer:
- Earn a base pay of $10/hour plus uncapped commissions—top performers can make up to $60,000 annually!
- Win big with weekly and monthly contests, bonuses, and prizes to keep things exciting.
- 100% Paid Virtual Training for six weeks to set you up for success.
- Bonus alert! Earn up to $4,150 in retention bonuses over six months, including a $600 completion bonus when you finish training! Bonuses subject to change, so act fast!
- Flexible schedule with 4 weekdays and 1 weekend shift, no later than 11 AM - 8 PM EST.

What We Look For:
Willingness to learn and be coached, no prior sales experience necessary.
Persuasive communication skills with a professional vocabulary.
