Job Description

Join our dynamic team at Velent Steel Structures as a Manufacturing Team Member specializing in assembly. In this role, you will be responsible for:

1. Assembling cold-formed steel panels and components according to detailed shop drawings and production schedules

2. Operating hand and power tools, and ensuring all assemblies meet strict quality and safety standards

3. Assisting in the loading and unloading of raw and finished materials.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Prior experience in steel or panelized construction is a plus but not required — we provide comprehensive training for motivated individuals.
