We are seeking an experienced Marine Service Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the Service team. Extensive Marine experience is a must. Without Marine experience, please do not apply.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of retail sales and service workers
• Adjust the daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
• Train and evaluate employees
• Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
• Resolve escalated customer complaints

  We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Marina Service Manager to be the face of our Service Department at Case Marina, formerly Cooper's Marina, located in Baldwinsville, NY. The responsibilities of this position include overall management of the Service Department, as well as parts sales and service. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals, and manage staff effectively. Candidates will succeed most if they have a background in Marina or Boating sales and services. Successful service advisors in automotive are also welcome.

  Having a great attitude and work ethic is paramount to this position. Marine mechanical experience is a must.

  Job Type: Full-time

  Salary: $90,500.00 - $105,000.00 per year based on experience and previous success
