Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Residential Sales Specialist (1099 Independent Contractor and W-2 Salary + commission options are available). The Residential Sales Specialist will be directly responsible for new, residential development. The candidate will work closely with customers in their homes to understand their internet needs, provide tailored solutions, and build long-term relationships. This is a very simplistic, low-pressure sale that targets "underserved" areas. Our product usually saves the customer money compared to their existing internet service and/or gets them much faster, more reliable speeds. Competitive compensation plan! Short training period and ability to make great money right away! In most cases a Resound Networks wrapped vehicle and gas will be provided by company for work purposes. 

Key markets we are currently looking to hire for are:

-*South Texas, Victoria area
-*Phoenix, AZ area
-*San Angelo, TX area
-*Lubbock, TX Area
-*Las Cruces, NM Area
-*Elgin, Ok area
-*Midland/Odessa, TX area (and others)

*It is not necessary to live in these areas- Traveling (blitz trip), year round, and summer program models are all available.
Qualifications
• New Business Development and Sales skills
• Door to Door experience is a plus but not necessary
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is a plus but not necessary
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Highly self motivated and goal-oriented
