Job Title: Warehouse Technician
Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Type: Full-Time | Mid-Level
Pay: $17 - $18 per hour (commensurate with experience)
Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Organize & Prepare: Set up parts and materials for use by production teams

• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and care

• Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and help ensure data accuracy in inventory systems

• Material Handling: Move and load materials safely using forklifts, cranes, and pallet jacks

• Production Support: Deliver tools and supplies as needed to various production teams

• Inspection & Documentation: Receive and inspect incoming materials, mark items appropriately, and record movements in internal systems

What We’re Looking For

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics setting

Skills & Competencies

• Basic computer proficiency, including data entry

• Familiarity with inventory management systems (MRP/ERP) and shipping software is a plus

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment

• Physically capable of lifting up to 70 lbs and operating standard warehouse equipment

• Valid driver’s license required
