As Kitchen Manager / Executive Chef you will...

• Preparing the highest quality food.
• Build and develop a highly motived and developing team
• Communicate well within the BOH and with your partners in the FOH.
• Overall responsibility for the financials including labor coasts, food costs, inventory, etc

Great Kitchen Manager / Executive Chef candidates bring...

• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef, Kitchen Manager, or in a similar high-volume, multi-million-dollar operation ($5M+ annual revenue)
• Proficiency with technology
• Expertise in menu planning, inventory, and kitchen operations
• In-depth knowledge of culinary practices and range of recipes
• Ability to maintain sanitation and safety compliance per state/county guidelines
• A culinary degree or like management experience is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
• Enjoys and thrives in a fast-paced environment
