Oil & Gas Manufacturing | Full-Time | On-Site

Are you organized, proactive, and ready to take the lead on keeping production moving? We’re looking for a sharp, energetic Production Coordinator to join our team in Northwest Houston!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Coordinating daily production schedules and updates
Creating and managing purchase orders
Handling transactional processes in Global Shop Solutions (GSS)
Communicating with production, procurement, and warehouse teams
Ensuring accurate data entry and documentation across operations

What We’re Looking For:

Experience with Global Shop Solutions (or similar ERP systems)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to thrive in a manufacturing or industrial environment
A team player who’s also self-driven and detail-oriented
Previous experience in production planning, purchasing, or operations support preferred
