Job Title: Executive Leasing Coordinator/Floating Leasing Agent
Reports to: Director of Leasing and Marketing
The Kamson Corporation is seeking a dynamic, upbeat, and customer-focused individual to join our team. This role involves traveling to various Kamson communities to support leasing efforts and implement best practices in resident relations and customer service.
The ideal candidate is charismatic, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional experiences to prospective and current residents. A strong knowledge of leasing systems and customer service principles is essential.
Key Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with MRI, I Love Leasing, and LRO systems is a plus
- Must possess a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Open and inspect model units and the prospective tour path (where applicable)
- Answer phones and deliver outstanding customer service to all callers
- Assist prospective residents through the entire leasing process, including applications, approvals, and move-ins
- Greet all visitors, residents, and team members in a professional and welcoming manner
- Schedule tours with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Conduct community tours showcasing model units, amenities, and vacant apartments
- Complete guest cards and traffic reports in the I Love Leasing platform
- Secure deposits and close lease agreements
- Prepare lease documentation and related paperwork
- Maintain lead management systems through consistent follow-up
- Support online reputation efforts by encouraging positive resident reviews (Google, Apartment Ratings, etc.)
- Receive and process maintenance requests while providing prompt resident service
- Support leasing efforts at sister communities by remotely managing leads when needed
- Facilitate the move-in and move-out processes professionally and efficiently
- Foster positive resident relations and promote community engagement
- Participate in resident events and contribute to retention initiatives
- Uphold and comply with federal and state Fair Housing regulations
- Demonstrate professionalism and deliver best-in-class customer service at all times
- Assist with renewal outreach and follow-up
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
