Overview
We are hiring a reliable and hardworking Production Worker to join our team. This role supports daily factory operations, ensures cleanliness and efficiency, and assists with production tasks. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Wage: $15–$17/hr
• Career Growth: Opportunities for training and advancement. Workers who learn to operate machinery can earn $20+/hr.

Key Responsibilities

Production Support

• Assist with operating machines and production equipment.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished goods.
• Monitor production lines and promptly report any issues.

Cleaning & Maintenance

• Keep work areas, machines, and tools clean and organized.
• Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of equipment.

Material Handling

• Move materials and products using hand trucks or other tools.
• Stack, package, and label goods for storage or shipment.

Quality Control

• Inspect materials and finished products for quality.
• Report defects or safety issues to the supervisor.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all safety protocols and wear proper PPE.
• Participate in safety training and report hazards immediately.

General Duties

• Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
• Support inventory and restocking activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or production is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions, stay organized, and solve problems.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of tools, equipment, and workplace safety.
• Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Willing to work overtime or shifts as required.

Work Environment
Indoor industrial setting with exposure to machinery, noise, and temperature changes.
