We’re hiring local General Laborers for immediate openings on nearby construction projects. These day shift positions offer flexible scheduling across the week, including weekends, with both full-time and part-time options available.

You'll support site crews with vital tasks like material handling, site cleanup, equipment assembly, and demolition. If you’re dependable, physically fit, and ready to work outdoors in all conditions, this is your chance to grow your career locally in construction.

Please note: This opportunity is intended for candidates who currently live in or near Paso Robles, CA. Applicants from outside the area will not be considered at this time.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload tools, equipment, and raw materials on construction sites

• Clean and prep job sites, including demolition and debris removal

• Assist with basic tool operation and minor equipment maintenance

• Perform heavy lifting and physical labor in outdoor environments

• Follow direction from foremen and support team tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and be punctual

• Physically capable of heavy lifting and working in various weather

• Experience with demolition or construction cleanup is preferred

• Must be 18 years or older and dependable

• Able to work flexible hours including weekends as required

• Must pass E-Verify, background check, and drug screening
