Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in New York. The ideal candidate will provide direct nursing care under the supervision of RNs and physicians while ensuring the highest level of patient safety and satisfaction. Candidates must hold active LPN licensure in New York State and current BLS certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe and effective nursing care in accordance with state regulations and facility protocols
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers
• Monitor patient health by checking vital signs and observing conditions
• Document patient information, observations, and care provided in EMR systems
• Assist with ADLs (activities of daily living) and patient mobility

Requirements:

• Valid LPN License in New York State (Required)
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification (Required)
• Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program (Required)
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred (new grads also considered)
• Knowledge of EMR systems and basic computer skills
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
