Position summary;

• MONDAY-FRIDAY 9:30AM-6:00PM
• Wednesday's and Friday's are the busiest days (overtime required)
• OVERTIME, ATTENDANCE and PUNCTUALITY ARE ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS.

Position responsibilities:

• Preparation of Interntional export shipments and distribution of documents
• General Business support function as assigned
• effectively communicate with customers, overseas agents and subcontractors
• Plan and arranging carries for each shipment.
• Prepare international export shipments for assigned customers. This may include shipping, labeling and distribution of cargo. Generate pick up orders and shipping labels as needed.
• Ensure shipments are processed according to internal and external compliance regulations
• Filling and data entry using AS/400 system.
• Issue freight bills and invoices and responsible for collecting unpaid invoices within credit terms
• own key accounts and ensure they are serviced with the best practice and retention in mind
• Meet KPI standards in accordance with Company/branches initiatives.
• Must develop, demonstrate and maintain professional, courteous, and respectful working relationships with all customers, co workers, subcontractors and vendors at all times.
• Will work with all levels in the organization. working closely with the warehouse staff

Qualifications:

• High school Diploma or equivalency certificate or significant or relevant or appropriate working experience
• Computer proficiency ( MS work, Excel, Lotus Notes, AS/400)
• Some knowledge of general and export computer application technology desirable
• some knowledge of international commerce (sales and payment term, method, custom regulations etc.)
• Stong Interpersonal, verbal and written communications
• Must be able to accommodate a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as necessary
• Good Team work skills and inclination
