About Us:
RLD Accounting & Tax Services Inc is a small, client-focused accounting firm located in Naples, FL. With a team of three, we pride ourselves on personalized service, strong client relationships, and accurate, detail-driven financial work. We’re looking for a Bookkeeper who can bring organization, accuracy, and great interpersonal skills to our close-knit office.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records using Sage Accounting software (required)

• Record day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, receipts, and payments

• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions

• Assist with payroll processing and preparation of financial reports

• Support tax preparation and filing tasks

• Maintain and organize client files (digital and physical)

• Communicate with clients regarding financial documents, updates, and deadlines

• Collaborate closely with internal team members to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:

• Experience with Sage Accounting software is mandatory

• Proven bookkeeping experience (2+ years preferred)

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – you'll regularly interact with clients

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• High attention to detail and organizational skills

• Comfortable in a small office environment with a collaborative team
