About the Role:
As a Legal Care Coordinator, you will act as the primary liaison between patients, healthcare providers, legal teams, and case managers. Your goal is to ensure seamless communication and care coordination from initial intake through recovery, helping patients navigate complex medical and legal pathways.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate appointments, follow-up care, and treatment plans for neurosurgical accident patients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for legal and medical purposes.

• Maintain regular communication with attorneys, insurance companies, and medical professionals.

• Provide empathetic support and education to patients and their families.

• Track and manage patient care progress to ensure compliance with legal and medical timelines.

• Assist in gathering and organizing medical records, bills, and related legal documentation.

Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare coordination, personal injury law, or case management is strongly preferred.

• Experience in neurosurgery, orthopedics, pain management, or traumatic injury care is a plus.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.

• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR), Office, Word, Excel, Email, Phones, Faxes
