1–5+ years of Instructional Design experience
Hands-on experience with Axonify LMS is strongly preferred

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Learning Solutions Architect I with a foundation in Instructional Design and experience as an Axonify LMS Administrator. This is a hybrid contract role supporting training content creation for back-office business functions and maintaining learning solutions in Axonify.

Responsibilities:

Transition existing training content into the Axonify LMS
Research and analyze updates or changes to learning plans
Develop content for employee development and upskilling programs
Create support tools, reference materials, and leader resources aligned with strategic learning initiatives

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Foundational knowledge of instructional design methodologies
Practical experience with Axonify LMS content migration or administration
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective and engaging learning solutions
