Experienced Automotive Mechanic – Join a Reputable, Family-Owned Repair Facility

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Automotive Mechanic with a strong background in diagnosing and repairing both domestic and foreign vehicles. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, family-owned repair shop known for its integrity, steady workflow, and supportive team environment.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of experience in an independent automotive repair setting, possesses a broad range of technical skills, and can work independently with minimal oversight. You will be part of a team of six mechanics in a clean, state-of-the-art facility with 30 service bays.

Pay: $32 per hour (book time)
Guaranteed: 32 book hours per week

Responsibilities

Accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical issues across a range of vehicle makes and models
Perform routine maintenance and complex repairs efficiently
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Communicate effectively with team members and, when needed, with customers

Qualifications

5–10 years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician in an independent shop (dealership experience not required)
Strong diagnostic and repair skills
Must provide own basic tools
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
