We require our techs to be able to provide general HVAC installation, repair and services with an emphasis on quality work. Our Techs conduct themselves in a professional, caring manner as they help customers in choosing service and products that is most beneficial to them.

HVAC Tech Duties & Responsibilities:

• Inspect the effectiveness and safety of the current customer’s HVAC system
• Installing, maintaining, and repairing the customer’s ventilation, air conditioning systems, and equipment
• Diagnosing HVAC systems for electrical and mechanical defects
• Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services
• Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Participate in all technical training
• Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers’ requirements

HVAC Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalently
• Valid driver’s license
• Pass background and drug test.
• 3 years of experience in running a Service Truck
• Ability to work in confined spaces
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• If needed, ability to work after hours, over weekends and holidays.
• Opportunity of being cross-trained in learning plumbing service as secondary trade
