Flyin Taco started as a food truck built on slow-smoked meats and big flavors — now we’ve taken off with a brick-and-mortar takeout kitchen, and we’re looking for two full-time Line Cooks to join our fast-moving, flavor-loving crew.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Work the line during service (grill, sauté, build, finish)
• Prep and cook menu items including tacos, burritos, quesadillas, bowls, and salads
• Handle smoked meats — especially our signature brisket
• Support catering orders (bulk cooking, packaging, plating)
• Maintain a clean station and keep the kitchen running smoothly under pressure

What You Bring:

• 1–2 years of kitchen experience in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence with proteins, knife skills, and multi-ticket execution
• Creative energy — we’re looking for cooks who want to contribute new ideas and seasonal specials to the menu
• ServSafe certification preferred (or willing to obtain)
• Reliable, on time, and a solid team player
• Bonus: Experience with smoked meats or catering production
