Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our family practice team. The RN will work closely with our family nurse practitioners, Samantha Chaligoj, and Janice Williams, other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct patient assessments and document medical histories.

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

- Assist with procedures and examinations.

- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.

- Coordinate patient care with other healthcare providers.

- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Current RN license in the state of Arkansas.

- Previous experience in a family practice or primary care setting preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
