NOW HIRING an OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST to join our rapidly growing team. You will be delivering outpatient and home care therapy services to clients in the Bemidji and surrounding communities.

Qualification & Skills

• Must hold valid MN OT license
• Previous home health and/or outpatient experience strongly preferred
• Able to travel to Bemidji and surrounding areas to provide care to patients in their homes
• CPR/BLS Certification
