Our company is currently seeking ​a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely Financials Statements for Clients.
• Bank Reconciliations, Monthly and Quarterly adjusting Journal Entries
• Ensure Timely tax reporting of Payroll tax and adjustments to Financials.
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Perform data entry and administrative duties

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree- Accounting
• Proficient in QuickBooks- 3 years Experience
• Understanding of compiled Financial Statements
• Proficient in Google sheets or excel
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Thorough understanding of debits and credits
• Proficient in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Strong Communication Skills; able to communicate to clients and supervisor
• Able to work at Office . Las Vegas- Not a Remote Position
